Practical, science based geotechnical and geoscience services for projects across Northern Australia.
Territory Environmental provides practical geoscience services to support safe, compliant and sustainable development across Northern Australia.
Our work helps clients understand ground conditions, soil, groundwater and material characteristics that may influence project planning, environmental risk and development outcomes. We combine desktop assessment, field investigation, sampling and technical interpretation to provide practical information for land development, mining, infrastructure and environmental projects.
Assessment of geological, hydrogeological and environmental conditions to help clients understand the ground beneath a proposed development or project area.
Desktop assessment and targeted field investigations to establish site conditions, identify data gaps and support further environmental or geoscience assessment.
Assessment of acid sulphate soil conditions to help identify potential environmental risks associated with disturbance, excavation and development activities.
Assessment of soil and groundwater conditions to identify potential contamination issues, environmental risks and requirements for further investigation or management.
Assessment and reporting to identify potential hazardous building materials associated with existing structures and development sites.
Assessment of soil, fill and waste materials to support material management, environmental assessment and project planning.
Geoscience support for remediation programs, including assessment of site conditions, remediation planning, field supervision and validation of completed works.
Environmental and geoscience due diligence to help clients understand potential site constraints, environmental risks and information requirements associated with property transactions.
We begin with an understanding of the project objectives, site setting and available environmental information.
Desktop investigations may include review of geological, hydrogeological and hydrological conditions, site landforms and topography, historical land use, groundwater information, existing monitoring data and surrounding environmental values.
Where further investigation is required, we develop targeted field programs to address identified data gaps. This may include soil, groundwater or surface water sampling, drilling-related investigations, groundwater monitoring and assessment of site conditions.
The resulting information is interpreted alongside existing site data to provide clear technical advice and support practical project decisions.
Territory Environmental has applied geoscience and environmental investigation techniques across land development, infrastructure, mining, water resources and environmental projects.
As part of the Better Bores Program, Territory Enviro developed a structured approach to desktop investigation, document review, field assessment, drilling and data collection.
The desktop investigation considered geological, hydrogeological and hydrological conditions, site landforms and topography, groundwater information, surrounding environmental values and existing site data. Field investigations included drilling assessment, bore construction records, groundwater monitoring and collection of relevant field information.
The program also incorporated analysis, reporting and technical review to provide a clear record of investigation findings and groundwater conditions.
Territory Environmental’s existing capability includes assessment of acid sulphate soils, contaminated land and groundwater, hazardous building materials, waste materials, remediation and environmental due diligence.
These services support clients across land development, mining and resources, infrastructure and environmental rehabilitation projects.
